中国重庆市奉节县谈家嘉同学（出生于2005年8月16日）于2011年6月11日13时47分在奉节县永安镇皇安宾馆旁横渡长江，全长斜跨1.5公里，游完全程用时27分24秒，时年5岁10个月，创世界纪录协会世界上横渡长江年龄最小世界纪录。

Tan Jiajia, a student from Fengjie County, Chongqing City, China (born on August 16, 2005) crossed the Yangtze River at 13:47 on June 11, 2011 beside Huang’an Hotel in Yong’an Town, Fengjie County. The slant overall length is 1.5km and the time used for swimming the whole course is 27’24’’. She is 5 years and 10 months old this year and has broken the world record of the youngest person that crosses the Yangtze River as recognized by World Record Association.
